The Luminaria House is the newest endeavor of designer and importer, Ira Seret and world renowned mosaic artist, Sylvia Seret. This Grand Home is 2,000 square feet of pure opulence. For a two bedroom, it boasts five fireplaces inside and out, 2 patios, 2 decks and views of our main courtyard, the State Capitol and the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. Each of the two master bedroom suites is on its own level. They both have plush king sized beds, a large walk in closet and wood burning Kiva fireplaces. They also have the largest grand mosaic tiled bathrooms yet by artist Sylvia Seret. The tiles have been collected from around the globe and are from the Seret family collection. Hand carved cabinetry adorns the designer kitchen and breakfast nook. The bathroom sinks are pure lapis bowls and like many of the ornate features, made and designed by Seret & Sons specifically for the Luminaria House. Accents of silk embroidery, hand painted Tibetan ceilings, 18th Century carved wood and Gaudi-like mosaics are delightfully displayed through out the palatial 2 story, high ceilinged, living room and house.
